Eligibility for Refund or Return

 

We only accept returns and issue refunds if your product is damaged or rendered unusable during the shipping process.

  • No Exceptions: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size/fit (please check dimensions before ordering), or personal preference.

 

Reporting Shipping Damage

 

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  1. Time Limit: You must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  2. Required Evidence: To process a claim, you must provide clear photographs or video showing both the damage to the product and the condition of the shipping packaging it arrived in.

Resolution Process

 

Once we verify the damage caused by shipping:

  • Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Replacement: Depending on product availability and your preference, we may offer to ship a replacement item free of charge.

Do not send the damaged product back to us unless explicitly instructed by our support team; if a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
